Shoreline Trail   (1.84km)

Mt JoyceLast Update: 25/4/2014
Some trail names are made up, if there is a different name please let us know.

Video Uploaded: 13/4/2014

Difficulty - Easy
Slope - Flat - Undulating
Space - Open
Surface - Dirt - Loose rocks on dirt
Trail type - Firetrail - Single track

Notes:

The Shoreline Trail runs to and from the lower trail head (main access road) to the bottom of Bovine Groove.  Not always shown on maps the Shoreline Trail is technically the single track that doesn't quite make it to the bottom of Bovine Groove, but for our purposes it seems silly not to include the short fire trail section that actually links the trail to Bovine Groove.

We rode it as our way out from Bovine Groove to the main access road.

There is a short climb via fire trail from the trail map at the bottom, after descending across the bridge the single track runs off the right part of the way up climb.

The single track section is easy riding with a slight climb up to the lower trail head sign.

At the time of riding the trail was in good condition with only a few mildly rough sections.  It can be easily ridden by anyone with basic riding skills and would be a picturesque kids/beginners ride

Can be ridden both ways.

Comments:

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
