Notes:

The Hinze Dam Full Loop is a XC Track full of twists and turns, punishing climbs and tight descents.  The trail isn't particularly technical with only a few rough sections that don't require a great deal of navigation to conquer.

The Hinze Dam trail can be ridden in both directions, on this occasion we rode in the clockwise direction which appears to be the intended direction however most of the riders we saw on the trail and the info we picked up from other riders is that riding in the reverse anti-clockwise direction is more fun.

Either way you ride there's plenty of ascending to get the legs burning followed by tight descents that challenge your mental capacity after making the summit.

This loop can be shortened by taking the Family Loop which is slightly less technical, has far less climbing and is only 820m long.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
