Notes:
The 3km Loop begins at the trail head and shoots up along the fence before winding its way up the hill into the trees. There are a number of switchbacks on this climb that might test beginners or unfit riders. On a 35°C day, like when I rode, it was a reasonable slog.
From the top the hill trail descends into a small valley with a fast flowy section including a large left hand berm before climbing its way back out again.
As you near the top of this climb the 6km Loop trail heads off to the right. If you prefer to return to the start simply follow the 3km trail to the top of the hill and turn left (as shown in the video). This is approximately 75% of 3km Loop completed, from here the trail is largely downhill back to the trail head.
The 3km loop is a great beginner MTB trail that will get the blood pumping with some reasonable climbs and flowy descents.
