Notes:

The Bitter Sweet and Rock N Roll trails are advanced descending trails.  While they have some fast flowy sections they are quite short, most of the corners are tight with little to no berms and plenty of rocks.  Both trails have some fairly technical rocky sections that require scoping to be able to ride at speed as many are blind.

Bitter Sweet starts from the top of the hill at the end of the Garden Trail, in fact the trail simply gets to a point and starts descending.  Bitter Sweet continues to run beyond this video, I decided to fork off Bitter Sweet and onto Rock N Roll about 3/4 of the way down the trail.

Bitter Sweet is a little more open and faster, it also contains the drop jump and a couple of tricky rock gardens.  Rock N Roll is much steeper, a new level of technical and very very tight.

Definitely worth the climb up the Garden Trail especially if you want to practice your technical descending.

Comments:

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
