Notes:

I really enjoyed Rock & Roll it is right up there when it comes to my favourite trails in the Sparrow Hill Forest.  Mostly on the descent Rock and roll is super fun with a mix of fast corners and tight corners.  As the name suggests Rock & Roll has a lot of rocks in it, making the trail quite technical at times.  It’s certainly one of the roughest rides at Sparrow.

Rock and Roll is the middle section of an alternate decent from the top of McGinty’s.  This trail is not unlike Lickety Split I highly recommend taking a ride down Rock & Roll from Disco Duck through to Brake Dance.

Comments:

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
