Circle Work, Number 2 and Tanglewood Front Door are nice bits of flat winding single track, perfect for beginners and a great way to end a long day in the East Kowen Forest.
The loop of Sweet Apples , Circle Work, Number 2, Tanglewood Front Door, Rockpile Loop, Tanglewood Back Door, Hammer Time & Last Tango is virtually flat and very flowy which means it's not a bad way to wind down and clear the lactic acid out of the legs while adding a few kms to your day in the forest.
