Main Trail Section 3 - Fire Trail Descent   (326m)

Red HillLast Update: 21/7/2012
Some trail names are made up, if there is a different name please let us know.

Video Uploaded: 17/6/2012

Difficulty - Intermediate
Slope - Steep
Space - Open
Surface - Dirt - Loose rocks on dirt - Sand
Trail type - Firetrail

Notes:

The end of the main fire trail is a steep 30 metre descent from the main fire trail to the intersection of 100m Hill, the Rock Slide and Maybrook Road trail.

Check this out first before sending beginners down it.  There are lots of loose fist size sandstone rocks on a relatively hard packed dirt road but its very steep.

Watch with amazement as advanced riders climb this hill.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
