Notes:

A really fun section of Red Hill and probably my favourite bit of trail.

For those working on their technical climbing this section provides some great beginner/intermediate loose and bedrock challenges for a 15m climb over 200 meters. On the way home its the last decent and an opportunity to let rip.

I would class this section as a beginner downhill with heaps of small drops of up to a foot, plenty of loose rocks, a b-line line that switches from side to side and a few bigger drops to keep the more experienced entertained.

There is also a great roll/drop at the top corner of about 3ft for those wanting to step up.

Note: this video begins in the opposite direction to the map.  It starts from Figure 8 and runs down to the Main Fire Trail Descent.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
