Red HillLast Update: 21/7/2012
Some trail names are made up, if there is a different name please let us know.

Video Uploaded: 14/7/2012

Difficulty - Easy
Slope - Flat
Space - Open
Surface - Clay - Dirt - Eternal Puddles - Rock - Sand
Trail type - Single track

Notes:

This section takes you from the rock outcrop at the top of 3 Ways right out to the end of the Main Trail. Its a mix of bedrock, dirt single track, puddles that never seem to dry out (eternal puddles), small rock steps and small sections of sand.

Beginners will love the opportunity to actually do some riding with some small rock steps to enjoy.

Make sure you continue right to the end, there are a number of rocky outcrops that link to create a nice loop. Each of them have different but equally impressive views of Narrabeen Lake, the Northern Beaches or the hinterland of Garigal National Park. Definite photo opportunity and worth the extra peddle.

Warning there are some small sections of clay just before the big sand area.  This section gets very rutted and when its wet the puddles can seem much shallower than they really are - here's what I mean.

Note: this video runs in reverse to the map.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
