Some trail names are made up, if there is a different name please let us know.

Video Uploaded: 16/11/2014

Difficulty - Intermediate - Advanced - A & B Lines
Slope - Moderate
Space - Open - Tight
Surface - Dirt - Heavy leaf and branch litter - Roots - Rutted
Trail type - Single track

Notes:

The Turkish Delight trail runs from Katore Rd down to Nursery Rd, however it is usually ridden as an exit for Tokorangi.

This video  shows the exit from Tokorangi.

Tokorangi ends in a cleared section of forest however if  you aren’t paying attention you are likely to head straight onto Turkish Delight without knowing.

Turkish Delight is a gradual descent with a few short steeper  turns, however the more technical sections are due to the large number of roots  on the trail.  Turkish Delight is rated a grade 3 trail but is more technical than  any section of Tokorangi.

This section of Turkish Delight is a short, running only a few  hundred metres down to Nursery Rd just metres from the intersection of Radio Hut Rd, Pohaturoa Rd andKatore Rds.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
