Notes:
Sandy Skid Rd provided an easy link between Yellow Brick Road and Pondy New. While climbing all the way it was a very easy graded dirt road with a very short section of single track at the end.
This was part of an amazing XC loop on the lower mountain which started at the 8 Mile Carpark, up Hill Rd, turned right onto Reservoir Rd to Old Chevy, Yellow Brick Road, Sandy Skid Rd, Pondy New, Roller Coaster and down Reservoir Rd to the car park. A highly recommended XC loop.
