Notes:
Drunken Noodle is certainly not one of my picks of the East Kowen Forest however if you prefer long stretches of flowy descents with a few open corners then maybe it will be a great trail for you.
Soggy Bottom on the other hand is a trail that simply links Drunken Noodle to the trails in the Far East. It travels over some pretty marshy ground and at the time of riding had a number of alternate routes, however the one I chose appeared to be the official route and ended up at a gate, the others appeared to be blocked by the sheep fences.
