Notes:
Browns runs from the top of Long Meadows back to the car park.
This single track section is quite reminiscent of Burnt Forest .. but angrier. Steeper, rougher, bigger rocks, tighter turns (some nice steep switchbacks), narrow cuttings and nastier ruts make you really work hard over the final ascent to the car park.
The first section descends quite rapidly before handing you the final insult of the day - "Heartbreak Hill". It's not uncommon to ride trails that end with a bitchn' climb but this has to be one of the most gnarly. Big angry rocks, tight turns, trees and roots right where you don't want them all combined with a pretty steep gradient. It's certainly rideable but easily defeated me on the day.
The trail ends at the eastern end of the car park. A 2nd lap anyone?
