Notes:

There are very few places to ride off road around Tweed Heads, which continues to surprise me based on the abundance of bushland and hills.

The Currumbin Border Track was a nice find because its only a few minutes from Tweed Heads, just up the motorway.

I've only managed to ride 4km of the trail, however from the information I can put together the trail runs from Currumbin Waters along the NSW / QLD border all the way to South Australia!  It links up with the Dingo Fence that starts further north and from the intersection of NSW, QLD and SA then forks off in a number of directions.  It would make for one hell of a ride .. but mostly through desert.  It's quite an interesting read as it forms the longest man made structure in the world.

If you click through you will see more information and photos from local mountain biker Shane.

The border track is worth a ride if you just want to knock out some kms (out and back) and don't mind grinding up a few hills.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
