Notes:
At the time of riding the Genesis trail had been cut short by logging however what remains is some nice Wingello flow.
From the start of the trail Genesis dips down into the bush with some long bermed corners, if ridden well it can be done with very little braking, but be careful as the trail can be a bit sandy.
After the first descent there is a climb before another short and technical descent which sadly ends too quickly before setting in for a serious climb up.
The final section of Genesis closed in Spring 2015 and now there is a fire trail detour out to the cleared section of forest. On this particular trip the signs sent us right, on a subsequent trip we were sent left, either way the trail comes around a cleared block and brings on onto a fire trail heading for Pine Cone.
