Happy Wanderer
Bruce RidgeLast Update: 27/2/2016
Some trail names are made up, if there is a different name please let us know.
Difficulty - Easy - Intermediate - A & B Lines
Slope - Moderate - Undulating
Space - Open - Tight
Surface - Dirt - Loose rocks on dirt - Rock - Roots - Rutted - Wood
Trail type - Single track
Notes:
Happy Wanderer is not unlike Hidey Ho, is a fair ride in both directions however the trail undulates so the up isn't all up and visa versa. It's quite rough in sections with roots, loose rocks and the occasional rut plus a lot of narrow trees to keep you on your toes. There are also a number of log roll overs just to zap any superfluous energy you may have had.
Happy Wanderer starts near Log Run and Burin and heads up to 3 way intersection of Hidey Ho and North Face.
One of the more challenging rides in Bruce Ridge. Definitely worth riding in both directions!
