Notes:

Send In the Clowns and Dave's Dilemma (I'm sure the sign is spelled Dialemma) are definitely some of the best bits of single track at Wingello.

Send in the Clowns starts with what looks like a slightly reclaimed fire trail but from the sharp right hander after the first descent the single track gets narrow, steep and quite technical (in comparison to the rest of Wingello).

Send in the Clowns traverses a reasonably steep hillside, dropping fairly quickly as it weaves its way across the hill aided by some nice banked switchbacks.  There are a few jumps and some bar hungry trees but if you have the skills you can really open up and fly down this section of trail.  It reminded me of trails such as The RedwoodsG Rock and Chestnut Link.

At the bottom Send in the Clowns crosses the creek and climbs up the other side, with a moderate grade, at the top of the climb the trail becomes Dave's Dilemma (if you believe the map or Dilemma if you believe the sign).

It's a short pedal along Dilemma before it starts descending through some tight bermed switchbacks and short sections of rapidly descending single track.  A quite picturesque stone creek crossing signals the end of the descending and the start of a long long long climb out.

From the creek Dilemma heads straight into a set of tight switchbacks before settling in on the climb.  The climb is broken up with short sections of flat, a few moments of rolling but on the whole its a long climb with some open switchbacks, some steep pinches and just a whole lot of flowy-up.  For me it's a good 7.5 minute climb to Everglades.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
