Notes:
Worm Juice is a green rated trail that can be ridden in both directions. It starts from the intersection of the main fire trail, Bovine Groove, Number 7, Tunnel Vision (north) and the Tunnel. The trail winds it's way up the hill adjacent to the main fire trail and ends just below the last big climb - the intersection of Big Bertha and the main fire trail.
As green trail, Worm Juice is not very technical, but that's not to say it's easy.
It's a long winding 2km climb from the bottom up. Despite being green there are still a large number of rocks and small ruts in the trail and many long and steep switch backs that require plenty of power, momentum and a good line to ascend effectively.
It's a lung busting ride to the top.
About a third of the way up Caught Short runs off to the right. This trail links Bovine Groove to Worm Juice and I suspect it's mainly used by riders who exit Bovine Groove and climb back up via Worm Juice.
As mentioned Worm Juice can be ridden both ways and would be a fun XC descent however I suspect that it is mainly used by riders climbing the mountain.
