Notes:

Unfortunately  by the time I rode Paddy's Run I was  knackered from climbing Katore Rd 4  times, I really didn’t have the energy needed as Paddy's Run contains climbs that require a reasonable effort.

Also  unfortunate was that I forgot to start the camera after a break mid trail, so  much of the undulating middle section of Paddy's Run is missing.

Paddy's is a trail I’d wished I’d taken my XC bike on  because I think I would have enjoyed it more.   It is somewhat similar to Pondy New, Roller Coaster and even  parts of Old Chevy.  I’d planned on riding it again on my last day  but opted for the less energetic option of b-lining everything on Katore Jumps.

A trail I’m  looking forward to riding again with a little more petrol in the tank.

Paddy's Run starts off Katore Rd just a short way up past the ponds.  It ends on Spruce Rd leaving a short pedal to Tickler (as shown on the video).   There is an alternate exit to the Wash  Rd which would make an interesting loop with the Lion Trail.

This trail  was formerly named the A-Trail,  renamed to Paddy's Run in honor of  the trail builder’s son who died during a cycling event.

This website is brought to you by MTB weekend warrior Aaron Markie.
There are plenty of great websites out there with a wealth of information about Mountain Bike Trails,
however in my experience its hard to get a good mix of info, maps, photos and videos of trails I've never ridden.
The idea of this website is to tie those 4 elements together and give you a more detailed look at the MTB Trails I ride.
If you have anything to add then let me know.
